WHAT IS HOTWORX?

 

HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute isometric workout. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction. You will be provided with all equipment and necessities as well as optional enhancements such as cellulite breakdown cream, resistance and stretch bands, neck pillow, fascia manipulation device to name a few. Then end your session with an amazing essential oil therapy cloth to calm, cleanse and rejuvenate your skin.  The results our users achieve make HOTWORX one of the most efficient 30-minute workout programs in the industry today!

• Make sure to bring water. THIS IS THE ONLY THING NOT PROVIDED AND WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED IF YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN. If you forget or would rather purchase water while here, bottles are available at $1 each.

• Wear minimal, moisture-wicking clothing. You will be sweating heavily. I recommend shorts and a tank or sports bra.

• The class has a virtual instructor to guide you through the exercises via flatscreen inside the studio.

• This is a judgement free zone! Everyone is at different fitness levels and these classes are meant for everyone and offer modifications if needed.  You can also take a private, personally-guided class with me if you feel you need the extra attention or help. ($35/single session)

• If the heat is a concern to you, please know that the amount of heat can be adjusted to suit anyone's needs, just be sure to ask!
